Our Flex First Plan puts you in control of your education savings. Scale your contributions to suit your needs and gain access to the best withdrawal strategies to get the most out of your savings. We manage this plan to help you realize the goals you have for your child’s post secondary education.

*In compliance with the International Ethics Standards Board for Accountants’ (“IESBA”) Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants, the auditor is required to publicly disclose the audit and non-audit fees charged to public interest entities, including Flex First Plan, Family Single Student Education Savings Plan, Embark Student Plan and Embark Select Conservative Plan, on an annual basis.

For the year ended December 31, 2023, fees paid or payable to KPMG LLP and its network firms for the audit of the financial statements of Flex First Education Savings Plan, Family Single Student Education Savings Plan, Embark Student Plan, and Embark Select Conservative Plan were $707,303. Fees for other services were $60,264.

Guiding Your Education Success

Embark is owned by a not-for-profit organization. This means that all profits that aren’t used to run the business go into the Embark Student Foundation. We use these funds to provide additional financial awards that help students realize their full potential. We’ve awarded almost $57 million to families and students across the country to help with their education savings.
