Embark Tuition Sweepstakes
Open and fund an Embark RESP for a chance to win tuition for four years ($28,000)
OFFICIAL RULES:
One (1) $28,000 RESP contribution prize is available. The prize consists of four one-time, lump sum deposits of $7,000 made by Embark Student Corp. into an Embark Student Plan (the “Plan”) for the winner’s designated beneficiary each year. The Plan is a Registered Education Savings Plan (“RESP”) and all Plan deposits are invested and managed by Embark Student Corp. (the “Sponsor”). Deposits and income earned on the deposits can be used to assist with the costs of a post-secondary education for the beneficiary. The final value of the Plan cannot be predicted or guaranteed as it will depend on several factors, including the amount of income earned in the Plan and any fees deducted. The $7,000 deposits to the Plan are subject to management and administration fees. Please refer to the Plan’s current prospectus for more information on the features, costs, benefits and risks of the Plan.
1. The Cash Value of the prize is stated in Canadian dollars.
2. One winner will be chosen. The Contest opens Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at 12:01 a.m. EST and closes Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. EST.

Entrants will be entered once per new, funded Embark RESP. New Embark Subscribers are defined as subscribers that, prior to opening a plan that is eligible for this contest, have not had a previous relationship, nor other existing plan with Embark.
3b.
